It is a reduced trans vegetable shortening for cake and icings that has a wide plastic range for controlled creaming, plus a unique emulsifying system for light, stable icings and moist cakes.

Designed for applications where a reduction in trans fatty acids is desired. INGREDIENT DECLARATION: Palm Oil and Soybean Oil with Mono- and Diglycerides and Polysorbate 60 added. TBHQ and Citric Acid added to help protect flavor.
