The Avalon Submerger is a Nickel-Plated weighted screen with a Poly extension handle for lowering and lifting. Some of the models prior to 2014 had a spring latch attached to the center to hold the submerge screen. The new models have a loop. If your fryer has a Loop attached, then this is the model of Submerger you need.
