Edhard Hopper-Units

F-SERIES

These filler units are molded in clear, FDA approved polycarbonate. They are available in single and double outlet configurations. The single outlet is used to deposit smooth batters, cream cheese, preserves etc. The double spout units are used to inject donuts, eclairs, cream puffs etc.

FHP-SERIES

This series filler unit is molded in clear, FDA approved polycarbonate and is available in single outlet configuration only. The FHP-Series is capable of dispensing liquid and semi-liquid products and is an economical alternative to the FS-Series filler units.

FS-SERIES

FS-Series filler units feature USDA approved 316 type stainless steel construction and have a single outlet. They are used to dispense liquid and semi-liquid products. Units equipped with 18-quart stainless steel hoppers can be used with our electrostatic heaters, which keep a product warm while it is being dispensed.

RP-SERIES

RP-Series filler units feature the same stainless steel construction as the FS-Series. However, their distinguishing characteristic is the nitrate-coated three-lobe impellers. This pump can dispense viscous products, containing particles up to 3/8" (10mm) diameter. The RP pump can dispense delicate products, which can not be "overworked" while being pumped.
