A 9-1/2" deep polyethylene cutting board with side rail spans the full width of the unit, offering a dedicated prep surface that supports fast, streamlined food assembly. Beneath the top compartment, (2) adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelves provide cold storage for extra product or bulk ingredients.
