The 9-1/2" deep polyethylene cutting board with side rail provides a stable, food-safe prep area, while two stainless steel swing doors open to an 11.0 cu. ft. refrigerated cabinet with (2) adjustable PE-coated wire shelves for additional ingredient storage or back stock.
